This session will focus on a reflection of the past two years and how we can use our lessons learned to create opportunities in our classrooms. We will discuss the role cultural competency and hidden bias affects our outcomes and how to action plan with a growth mindset. I know this sounds formal..but come enjoy a session where the focus will be on perfecting our craft and maybe laughing a bit along the way!
